Recommended Exercise Routine for Most Users:

Three 10 minute sessions per day, morning before work, after work and before bedtime.  Exercises can be mixed. Begin with "Traction" then "Knees to Chest" then "Bicycle Pumps" repeat 2x for a perfect ten minute set.
